Abstract:

Includes views of the San Francisco earthquake and fire of 1906, post-fire reconstruction, the Lake Tahoe region, Yosemite Valley, the Panama Pacific International Exposition, and miscellaneous other views.
San Francisco views; primarily relating to the earthquake and fire of 1906. Includes glass negatives. Also includes several 20th century copy photos of 19th century originals (1865-1890)
Mountain regions. Primarly Sierra Nevada views, with the Lake Tahoe and Yosemite regions predominating. Also: Donner, Summit, the Floriston pulp and paper mill, a timber wagon, and an ink sketch for the Schwabacher's book plate.
Photographs and color photomechanical prints of the 1915 Panama Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco. Primarily buildings and statuary.
